Baptismal insult

Hindu leaders in the US have asked the Mormon Church of the Latter Day Saints for a full report on the numbers of Hindus baptised posthumously.
In a report in Third Way, the church of Mormon was said to be once again in the centre of a controversy over its mass posthumous baptism of people from across the globe.
The church, known for its detailed genealogical records, has already been in trouble with Jewish leaders, who discovered that in 2010 the church had been secretly ‘baptising’ Holocaust victims.
At the time, the group promised to stop doing these false baptisms. However, according to Third Way, the church had given a posthumous baptism to Anne Frank in February this year. She died in a Nazi concentration camp in 1945 — and has been ‘baptised’ in a similar way at least nine times already.
