The Charity Commission has announced it has started statutory inquiries into four other charities linked to Barnabas Fund.

Barnabas Fund – which works to support impoverished and persecuted Christians worldwide – is already under investigation following serious concerns over its compliance with charity law and the use of charitable funds.

But now the Commission has announced it is investigating four other charities after identifying possible risks due to their shared premises, trustees and/or founders, and the flow of funds with Barnabas Fund.
