Church leaders in Northern Ireland have hailed the opening of a fast-food chain which respects the Lord’s Day by keeping its restaurants closed on Sundays.

Now the chain has opened restaurants within an Applegreen service station north of Belfast, and another in Lisburn, Co. Antrim.
