Church leaders in Northern Ireland have hailed the opening of a fast-food chain which respects the Lord’s Day by keeping its restaurants closed on Sundays.
Chick-fil-A is well known in America for its commitment to never opening on Sundays, offering employees a day to rest, recharge, and worship if they choose.
Now the chain has opened restaurants within an Applegreen service station north of Belfast, and another in Lisburn, Co. Antrim.
